CALMING TEA

Ingredients:

  • 2 INCHES CINNAMON,
  • 2 GREEN CARDAMOMS,
  • 2 CLOVES,
  • 5 – 6 DRIED ROSE PETALS – OPTIONAL
  • 10 – 12 STRANDS OF SAFFRON.
  • SLICED ALMONDS
  • GREEN TEA

HOW TO MAKE:

BOIL ABOVE INGREDIENTS -10 MINS. TURN OFF STOVE AND ADD GREEN TEA, SAFFRON

AND ALMONDS. LET IT SIT FOR 5 MINS.

STRAIN DRINK IN A CUP, ADD HONEY/ SUGAR . DRINK TO A HEALTHY YOU
